ALLERGY INFORMATION

noya’s kitchen is a home-cooked / fresh food restaurant so we know exactly what ingredients we use. We take care to highlight any allergens and hope the information below will help inform your decision on dining with us

While we highlight allergen ingredients for each dish, we cannot give a 100% guarantee to be free of any traces of some allergens, especially gluten and peanut as our dishwasher is shared for our kitchen.

Happily, Vietnamese dishes are predominantly Gluten free, but we will always state where dishes do contain gluten, along with other important allergens to be aware of. We do need to know if guests are celiac, ideally in advance or when ordering so we can take extra care.

Onion & Garlic intolerances. Most, if not all our dishes contain onion & garlic within our homemade sauces, pastes, glazes & pouring sauces. If you are intolerant we can suggest dishes for these requirements if you email ahead, but they will be very limited and sometimes unavailable, depending on the menu at the time.

All our dishes will contain either Soya or Fish sauce. We always try to source cooking oil without soya eg rape seed oil, but cannot guarantee this. Please ask our team when ordering.

Peanuts are widely used within our kitchen & ingredients. We are unable to cater for those with severe / airborne peanut allergies.
