Noya's Kitchen Ltd collects and processes customers' personal information, solely to communicate with you about your booking. We collect your name, email address and phone number at time of booking and only retain your data for as long as is necessary. We will never sell or share your data with a third party or collect any unnecessary personal data from you.

Our website contains links to our social media accounts. We don't collect any personal data through these links. 


how we use your data

We don't currently send marketing emails. If we do in future, we will first ask if you wish to receive our emails, and then only send you information about Noya's Kitchen where we assess that it is beneficial to you as a customer and in our interests. Such information will be non-intrusive and is processed on the grounds of legitimate interests. You will be able to opt out of this marketing at any time in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and laws.

You have the right to access any personal information that Noya's Kitchen Ltd processes about you and to request information about:

Where applicable, you have the right to data portability of your information and the right to be informed about any automated decision-making we may use.
